Fires eight Ripper projectiles in the eight cardinal and intercardinal directions. The calling actor's own angle and pitch is irrelevant. The calling actor's target is transferred to each ripper, so this function only works as intended if called by a projectile.
This codepointer is restricted to BlasterFX1 and derived classes.
