void HandleSpawnFlags()

Usage

Handles setting the default flags of the Actor as defined by its spawn flags. These are often set in a map editor. This function handles jobs such as setting the AMBUSH flag, making the monster dormant, etc. Calling this will reset all flags as though the Actor just spawned.
