Reverted to old appearance

I've put this back to the old appearance and removed the inline text that explained its meaning. This tag is often used directly in a block of text, and adding that line will disrupt the flow of the article. As a compromise, I turned the text into a link to Deprecation, which fully explains what it means that a feature is deprecated. HotWax 16:25, 17 July 2008 (UTC)
