About the scale

Is it correct that the image will scale according to the user's resolution when it's larger or smaller? The reason I ask is that when I tried it, the image just tiled instead of being scaled up to fit my screen resolution, which is 800x600. -- Blue Shadow (talk) 03:05, 14 March 2014 (CDT)
