No but people use wintex, so it's best to mention it - Cutty

Of course there are still people who use DeuTex or derivatives of it. All those modern GUI based tools have one big disadvantage: They are very inconvenient if you have to manage large amounts of resources which you frequently have to alter or recompile into a WAD. For those purposes DeuTex is the only usable tool available. I am using it all the time because I find it much easier to handle when I am having all the graphics as readable BMP's in a directory structure. - Graf Zahl
