Template:Wikiencode

This is a template-based workaround for the lack of a wikiencode: function in MediaWiki. They have urlencode which produces incompatible URL schemes (with + for spaces instead of _), and anchorencode which also produces incompatible URL schemes (with special characters expressed with .code instead of %code). The MediaWiki staff obviously think all interwiki links should be made through the interwiki keywords, forgetting that not everybody can edit that table.
