bool HitFloor()

Usage

Responsible for spawning water splashes when an Actor hits liquid terrain. This accounts for both regular and 3D sectors, but only if the top of a 3D sector is hit.

Return value

Returns true if the Actor hit the floor of a sector defined as liquid.
