void PlayActiveSound ()


Plays the active sound of the actor. The sound is played on the voice channel with no attenuation if the FULLVOLACTIVE flag is set on the actor, or with idle attenuation otherwise. The function does nothing if a sound is already playing on that channel, regardless of the means by which it was originally played.
