Category:Deprecated features

The articles in this category all describe features which have been deprecated by the ZDoom developers. Deprecated items are old and out-of-date features whose usage is no longer recommended, although most of them will still be supported for the foreseeable future in order to maintain compatibility with older mods that may use them. The articles here are for archival purposes only. In most cases, newer, better features are available that allow authors to accomplish the same goal, usually in an easy-to-use or more customizable manner.
